We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery are between 2-10 business days. For custom or handmade orders this may be a little longer but rest assured it will be with you as soon as possible. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 24 hours to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder, or a full refund.
REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY:
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. Where goods are faulty; have been wrongly described; are different to the advertised product purchased on the website; or don’t perform as advertised, you can choose between an exchange, credit or refund.
The cost of postage on returns remains the buyers responsibility other than when goods are returned faulty.
